TERMS OF SERVICE:
Please read the following information fully. This terms only apply for non-commercial projects.General Guidelines:- I can draw OCs, fantasy characters, DnD, animals, fanart in some cases, contact me so I can let you know if it's something I would do.
- For NSFW commissions prices can vary from the base prices. I can do nudity, suggestive or explicit content.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it for any reason.
- I do not replicate or offer other art styles.
- The commissions will be prioritized by the time they were paid but also the size of the commission, smaller or simpler commission will always be delivered first than bigger ones, depending on the queue.Order Process:- Complete the form with your full commission info and details.
- I will revise the forms and contact you back with my reply, if accepted I will be sending you the price information, the estimated delivery time. If accepted by the client the order will proceed.
- Once the commission is paid I will begin working on your commission. Please do not ask for sketches or drafts before the payment is done.
- PHASES:
-Composition sketches: some commissions will require a composition sketch before the sketch, this extra process will only be done if the artist finds it necessary for the commission, this part of the process cannot be requested as an obligation. The Artist will show you some compositions, can be 2 or 3, and you will be able to decide between them, and once this is approved there are no changes or go backs over this decision. This composition sketches would normally be done for bigger commissions.-Sketch: the time they can take depends on the current queue and the size of the commission. The Artist may give you an estimated time. Once the sketch is ready it will be send to you so you can check it out and give your approval-Last Phase: After the approval there won't be more changes or revisions and I will proceed to complete the commission and finally deliver it to you.- You can ask for previews of the work in progress but cannot request changes over these previews.About Revisions:- Revisions can ONLY be done during the sketch phase, there's a certain amount of revisions you can request depending on how big or small these revisions are. Excessive revision request will require an extra cost.
- Once the sketch is approved there are no more revisions allowed.Deadlines:- There's no defined deadline, deadlines can vary depending on the commission type and the current queue. The Artist will give you an estimated time when accepting your commission, they can go from 15 days to 30 days, if the deadline time gets to be longer the client will be notified before hand.Payment:- Payment is done fully upfront, before the start of the work. For bigger commission prices there's the alternative to make a 50% payment up front, and the remaining 50% would be paid after the approval of the first sketch. Commission won't be delivered completed without full payment.
- All the payments are done through paypal invoice that will be provided after revising your commission type and contacting you back.
- All prices are in USD currencyRefunds and canceling the commission:- If you cancel the commission while on the sketch phase you will be refunded a 50% of what was paid.
- Bigger commission that had a 50% payment upfront wouldn't have a refund if the client cancels the order while on the sketch phase, the 50% refund only applies for full paid commissions.
- There are no refunds if the commission is canceled after the sketch was completed or approved
- You would receive a full refund if for any reason I wasn't able to start your order.
- Disliking the final product or a change of mind are no reasons for refund.Use:- Personal Use only. You cannot use this commission work for commercial profit purposes.
- I retain all the rights to my work, which includes, but are not limited to the right to share or use the commission as samples for my portafolio or posts on social medias.
- I have no claim of ownership on the characters commissioned.
- Client may rezise or crop the artwork, but cannot alter the artwork itself (Examples: change the colors, features of the artwork, edit it with AI, etc)Contact and Communication:- All Contact will be done through email or discord( inquiries, commission process, previews etc) whichever is preferable for you.
- If the client is excessively rude or inappropriate the artist may cancel the commission at any time, the client will be blacklisted and there won't be a refund.
- If the Client dissapears during the commission process and doesn't communicate or reply within 2 weeks, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be done left to the Artist's discretion depending on how far the commission has been worked on.
